KINTEVO was founded by Linzie Oliver, a senior technology leader and service-disabled veteran with 17+ years of experience leading complex modernization, governance, and delivery efforts across federal and public-sector organizations.
This work has included enterprise architecture and portfolio governance for large IT investments; high-value system modernization planning; and executive-level technology leadership in regulated, mission-driven environments—where decisions must withstand oversight and real-world constraints.
