Linzie has served as Director of IT at HHS/OMHA, overseeing a $40M IT division, and as Acting Deputy CIO and Governance/Architecture Chief for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), supporting a $700M IT portfolio and leading the Business System Modernization initiative for all High Value Assets.
